Arne Stjernholm Madsen is an Innovation Manager at the Danish healthcare company Novo Nordisk. Arne’s education includes graphic design and marketing. He previously worked as an independent consultant and as a Business Developer at Ericsson Denmark. He served as a president of the Danish Initiative of Creativity and Innovation from 2000-2006 and has been a member of the general board of the European Association for Creativity & Innovation since 2003. Arne has been speaking at several conferences on creativity and innovation in Denmark and the U.S., as well as at the 3M Innovation Center in St. Paul. Being American and French with a Welsh grandmother, Olwen was fascinated by intercultural issues early on. She has always worked internationally, initially in qualitative research, and later also in generating ideas for marketing and in cross-cultural team building. Olwen founded Worlding, the Paris-based intercultural strategic consultancy, in 1999: see www.worlding.com. Olwen holds a master's degree in economics and a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Paris. She trained in creative problem-solving methods in France (Bessis, Jaoui) and the United States (Creative Problem Solving Institute). Current personal passions are improvisational theatre, rock 'n roll dancing, and wine tasting.

Graduated in Military Science and Social Psychology, Master in Organizational Behaviour from ISPA, and PhD in Organizational Behaviour from ISCTE, he is a director of the Master degree course of Human Resources Management and of GAIM – Marketing and Research Academic Office at INUAF, where he is teaching and president of the Scientific Board as well. Lecturer in universities and companies in Portugal, England, Brazil, Spain, Mexico and United States, author of several books and articles about Military topics, Education, Human Resources Management and Psychology. He was a consultant in several companies in the area of Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour.
